Ask it like this
What is the available balance of each of our entities?
When to use it
When you run several subsidiaries and want a view of each one's Spendesk balance.
What it produces
Summary table of wallet balances, pending spend, and disbursement projections per legal entity.
How it works
- 1Lists the group's accessible entities
- 2Reads each one's balance, committed and available amounts
- 3Groups amounts by currency, without converting them
- 4Flags entities with low available cash
- 5Flags the entities it could not read
What protects you
- This skill only reads: it changes nothing in Spendesk
- It acts with your permissions and your role, never beyond
- The assistant cannot approve or pay

# Multi-entity cash dashboard ## Goal Consolidate the wallet balances of all entities in the group into a single view. Useful for CFOs overseeing several subsidiaries with distinct Spendesk wallets. **Limitation:** covers only the Spendesk wallet balance โ not the full bank cash position. ## Instructions ### Step 1 โ Retrieve all entities in the group ``` Call list_companies to get the list of available entities with the org-level token. For each entity: note the id and the name. ``` ### Step 2 โ Retrieve the wallet summary for each entity ``` For each entity (entityId): Call get_wallet_summary with the entity's context Capture: currency, totalAmount (wallet balance), totalAllocatedAmount (committed to cards and scheduled transfers), totalAvailableAmount (available). These three figures are distinct: for "can we cover X", use totalAvailableAmount. A call can fail for an entity where you are not a Controller or Account Owner: carry on with the others and report the entity not read. ``` ### Step 3 โ Consolidation and presentation ``` Aggregate by currency: total balance = sum of totalAmount per currency total committed = sum of totalAllocatedAmount per currency total available = sum of totalAvailableAmount per currency Sort entities by descending balance. Alerts to flag: - Entity with balance < minimum_threshold (e.g. < 10,000 EUR) - Entity whose totalAllocatedAmount exceeds 80% of totalAmount ``` ### Step 4 โ Consolidated group view ``` Present: 1. Total group balance by currency 2. Entity-by-entity table (name | balance | allocated to cards | available) 3. Low cash alerts 4. Rebalancing recommendations if needed ``` ## Points of attention - Use the org-level token (not a single entity's token) - Currencies may differ across entities โ do not aggregate EUR + GBP without conversion - get_wallet_summary does not surface bank movements outside of Spendesk ## Example prompts - "Show me the Spendesk cash position across all my entities" - "What's our total group wallet balance today?" - "Are there any entities with a low wallet balance that need topping up?"
